For Referring Providers in South Florida and Texas
Effective June 1, 2026, OneHome’s owned Durable Medical Equipment will no longer participate in Humana’s Medicare Advantage (MA) health maintenance organization (HMO), preferred provider organization (PPO) and Medicaid business in Florida. AdaptHealth will expand its participation to cover the following locations. Rotech will also expand its participation to cover Jacksonville, FL. Most members in South Florida and applicable counties in TX will not have to transition their equipment with this change.

AdaptHealth expanded Medicaid coverage in South Florida:
Broward, Indian River, Martin, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, St. Lucie
Rotech expanded Medicare coverage in South Florida: PCO members in Jacksonville, FL in Duval County
• Most members in South Florida and applicable counties in TX will not have to transition their equipment.
• In applicable counties in Jacksonville, FL, Rotech will replace the equipment before any prior equipment is removed.
• To minimize disruption and ensure continuity of care, wherever possible, equipment will be purchased by the newly assigned DME provider in order to prevent removal from the patient’s home.
It will be incumbent upon the designated DME provider to arrange for a 3rd party DME organization to fulfill the order in South Florida.
In Texas, the regional DME provider may sub-contract with other providers for order fulfillment if needed. Other DME providers will remain in network to provide covered DME items and services. They are listed in Humana’s provider directory at Find Care – Humana.
No, this change does not impact any other areas of our business. The only modification is to OneHome’s owned Durable Medical Equipment footprint in the locations stated above.
